2010. The purpose of this campaign was 3-fold: client retention, client prospecting, and building awareness of our recently expanded suite of services. Under the advisement of my director of marketing, I coordinated with an outside vendor to send boxes of delicious pears to our best clients and prospective clients with an inserted message targeted to thank them for pairing with us or inviting them to do so. I combined custom illustration with friendly typography to make the inserts as inviting as possible. The feedback from both existing and prospective clients was overwhelmingly positive and resulted in some follow-up business meetings.
